Why do they never call you back? What has happened to Customer Service?

Shall I ring Seat customer service to sort my issues out direct?[:@]

1) are your issues going to earn them money

2) Don't call SEAT if you're getting poor CS, they can't fix that.

3) what are your issues?

I'd get back in touch with the service manager (I guess that's who you talked to?)

How did you leave it with them? expecting them to call you? Or you to call them? Did they take pics to send off etc?

The service manager does not seem to want to take the calls.

They made notes of the issues over two weeks ago.

On Monday the person I spoke to was supposed to call me back. Heard nothing since. Not impressed with this dealer and won't be using them again.

Take it to another dealer then, assuming it's warranty work? rather than PDI defect

I guess the person you spoke to isn't the right person (not that that helps at all)

I'd suggest if it's an issue that you want resolved, write to the Dealer Principle, and copy to SEAT UK.
