Currently no.

SEAT have not produced rubber mats for the new Leon, Altea or new Toledo so on that basis it implies they wont bother

I don't know about rubber mats but carpet mats are available - I got them fitted to mine FOC when I got the car.

Part number I think is 1P1061525AA041.

They have LEON in grey/white stitched into the drivers side mat.

That is the correct part number for carpet mats, cost is £42.50 inc VAT
