Rubber Circles

I have just had a service on my 05 reg Leon FR Tdi and advised that I need some new rubber on the action end of the car..

currently running Goodyear F1's (which were on when bought 12 glorious months ago)... I've quoted a new pair at £122 each at the guys who jump alot and say you can't get better than a k**k f*t fitter, they're the guys to trust.

Was looking at changing circles, anyone got any recommendations?

That is a very very high price for Good years, there is a new assymetric Good Year out that is less than that price quoted.
I use www.mytyres.co.uk and choose a local fitter

I have just got 3 Kumho 712's (225/40/18 for £200 fitted, they are on eBay for £54 each, the local tyre place matched the price and they charged me £38 for fitting, shop around it varies a lot, i checked out kumho first, look on Google for reviews , they were all good in fact it said that vw a fitting them as stock to the polo, and i hear that hyundi also fit them as stock.
