Roof Leak?

I have an 03 Leon TDI SE, Occasionally when it rains I’m getting a leak that penetrates the roof lining at the front passenger side of the car above the plastic trim that covers the pillar between the windscreen and the passenger door.
Anybody else experienced this or have any ideas what might be causing it?

assuming you don't have a sunroof, the only thing that could leak in that area would be the windscreen seal itself.
cheers.

I know this is a really old post but I've just discovered the same problem on my drivers side. A bit disconcerting to be constantly dripped on when you're driving. Is this a big job to fix, do I need to take it to a garage, or can it be fixed easily?

Autowindscreen type places would sort it for you - only way to fix it properly is to take the screen out, but I s'pose you could gunk a load of silicone along the top of the windscreen and see if that cures it

never once in any of my cars have i come back from autoglass with both the glass and the trim fitted properly.. I'll bet someones done a poor job of putting a new screen in at some point.

cheers, I'll have a look around to get this done properly. If it still leaks, at least I'll have someone to go back to.
