Rockingham

Here guys I was wondering how many of you are gonna be appearing at Rockingham and wether any of you would be interesting in a convoy my idea is a meet at the Mcdonalds/ Esso on the main road from the M1 to Cambridge. Thinking a bit of brekki and then the 20min drive to Rockingham and then park together.

Hello all, I don't post much but do read the forums, I'll be attending Rockingham. I was at a few BTCC meetings last year where I saw all of your cars parked up and did have a nose around, espeically at Silverstone.

It would be good to meet up with some people, and park up together. I'll be heading in from Birmingham on the M6. I only have a 1.4 I'm affraid, but its nice and shiny and I do have a proper Yellow SEAT sport shirt so its all ok

Well i live in Rugby at JCT 1 of the m6, so will be joining the A14 @ jct 1 also, do you want to meet in the first layby on the A14 lee?

depends i need brekki at mc d's so need a bit earlier. But yeah nearer the time we can try and sort it so we are there at the same time and travel to the services together if you want.

In the past times that i have been to Rockingham, ie Days of Thunder, BSB, BTCC etc etc the traffic hasnt really been that bad, only usually when you get into the industrial estate itself, although i did have a season pass so got access to the VIP parking area which is easier to get in and out of.

Like Lee said, we will be be meeting at Donnington Services and heading down the M1, along with a few others, So if anyone else is coming from the North , if you want to meet on route shout up.

BTCC's not been there since 2003 I think - and judging by Brands Hatch - it's got a whole lot more popular

But you're right, the only real clags are the ind estate, and probably the A14 RAB
