rocker cover and inlet manifold

hi guys

im going to attempt to remove these items and send them off to the polishers. just wanted some advice from anyone who's done this, is there anything in particular i need to do, look out for, replace etc. many thanks

you'd need to replace the gaskets on both items. iirc there are three gaskets needed.

are they eaily obtainable from the dealers? do you know the part numbers? many thanks

four gaskets in total, one outter rocker cover and one inner rocker cover (around coilpacks) these two come as a pair, inlet manifold gasket and throttle body to inlet manifold gasket
