Hi I'm new to this forum but I'm hoping someone will be able to help me fix my problem.
I have a 2012 Seat Leon FR & have recently updgraded the stereo system from the RCD 310 to a VW RNS 510. Also my car has the original Seat Bluetooth kit installed. When I originally plugged this is in it was stuck in German & the sound wouldn't work so I had to reinstall the firmware. I instated it to the 5238 firmware & I can confirm everything on the unit now works perfectly except for the Bluetooth.
The trouble I have is I can make & receive calls no problem & the unit detects the phone however it doesn't have any sound. I can confirm the MIC works however when my phone rings no sound goes through the speakers & I cannot hear anyone talking through the speakers.
As far as I know the wiring is the same on the RNS 510 so not sure as to why it's not working. I
Has any one experienced this before? Is there suggestions I can do to make this work?
