Right I need some advice on remaps and companies,

I live in Kent and have been looking at the following,

AMD Technics £499 inc VAT (300 - 305bhp)
Revo £573.85 inc VAT (305bhp)
Backdraft do a 320bhp kit but its £1500 inc VAT (would like this but its allot)

Whats people opinions with re-maps and are Revos worth the extra pennies?

Also is it worth getting or will I need a Forge diverter valve if I get a remap..

Anyone got any of the above? If so whats your views

I have a P-Tourqe Map on my car at the moment, very happy with it would recommend it aswell, for a price you would have to speak to Will @ P Tourqe there is a section on this forum,

I had to change my Bosch DV as it had split and was causing me to loose boost so it is advised to upgrade to the forge DV

not side by side to the revo one.

looks like your boost spikes, then backs off. - hence lumpy

Hi Adam
So you have the full facts before you decide, if you register for the forum offer the software for your car is £399.+Vat from Revo. Also you can get a Select+ Switch for £99+ Vat! Trust me our code is worth the normal price and you don’t have to take my word for it, ask someone who has it already and I am sure they will agree.

You dont have to get the D.V. but its better than the standard one, so get it if you can or put it next on the list. I went for the forge by the way.

I had my Cupra Revo'ed few days ago, to stage2+ here in Greece. The power is immense and the support is great. Just follow the rules and standard recipes and you and your car we will be fine. Everytime I step on the gas I get a smile on my face and a kick in my stomach. That's Revo for me :D On top of that the guys are true professionals (true VAG wizards) on their field and they offer a great product. I only wish I had that same offer here in Greece as you get there - I wouldn't think it twice.

PS. If you can wait for a couple of days, on Saturday we are hitting the dyno so I'll come back with some figures.
