i dont know much on the revo side but might be few things.

some others revo stg 1 may only boost 18psi

how accurate is your gauge, where is it t'd from?

would doubt a boost leak but ya never know,

You can adjust your boost on REVO maps with a SPS mate. Its prob set to a medium setting.

Try asking in the REVO section.

No, sorry mate. I dont run REVO.

Revo settings for a standard`ish car are IIRC High Boost 6 Timing 6 - using the new SPS.

What mods do you have?

Idealy settings should be chaged in accordance with logging.

With those mods if the settings are correct you should see ~21psi with stg1 - i did with near enough the same mods.

Either your settings are low or you have a leak, as Phil said proberly best to run a few logs on vag-com.

My motors roughly the same spec as yours mate and im only seeing 18-19 psi on my autogauge. No problems with the car either, only had the boost gauge in for 2 weeks and i expected it to be running around 21psi aswell.
