Revo intake owners,heatshields?

hi guys,
calling all revo intake owners lol
have any of you had a rear heatshield fitted to keep the intake temps down etc? keeping it cool all helps:D
i was gonna buy a custom made 1 from aks tuning but it could be 2 months for 1 to be made so ive seen these 2 types and wondered if anyone else has them

was gonna keep my itg 1 m8 but sold it with the kit lol
just wondering if anyone has got either of the above for fitting and quality etc

I have the carbon ceramic race induction from revo and dyno run it once fitted bearing in mind I drove over an hour to get there. No heat soak present car at high speed is sucking enough air that if you touch it its cold but once it idles it heats up and when you drive it cools it again. Putting a thing bit of any metal only will work for the heat up phase of the engine. Like sitting a bit of metal on a radiator it will absorb the heat and pass it on through it like electricity metal will not absorb the heat only pass it on. If any thing it would hold more heat in the exhaust manifold area increasing the temperature unless you drive flat out constantly it wouldnt make no difference in my opinion mate
