Resetting airbags

I had to transport a few things in the beeza the other day so i took out the passenger seat which ment i had to disconnect the airbag cable. Now ive connected everything together but the airbag light is still lit up on the dash...is there any way to reset the system so that the light goes off?
I disconnected the battery for 30mins but it didnt help.

Any tips?

yes get vag com and clear it, otherwise it wont go off. Its some safety thing

vag com software and a lead (do a search it's free software and a 12 quid lead)

or take it to the dealers

dealers will probs charge about as much as u will get vag com liscene and cable for so would go for VAG-com need any more info just ask.
