Removing the wiper arm

Just a quicky which I'm sure has been asked before.
Do you need a special tool to remove the front wiper arm as I have an annoying vibration coming from under it and can't get the arm off to find it. I don't want to pull it too hard in case I brake something.
Any help????

Yeah its just a case of rocking it with a bit of force till it comes off. Might be an idea to spray a tiny amount of wd40 down the thread.

I had a rattle down the scuttle board which i think it was the alarm box, Was hard getting the wiper arms off i ended up using a tool to get them off.

Mines just started rattling again so im going to have to wedge the box in or something.
