trying to tint my windows, used to do it day in day out but never done an ibiza and its strange.

mines an 06 5door with no electric windows on the rear.

got the rear door card off, pulled the big rubber plug off the metal liner and if i wind the window up and down i can see the plastic thing the glass sits on.

problem is i cant figure out how the bloody thing holds the glass in.
there looks to be some round plug thing, iv tried to pull it and twist it with long nose pliers but nothing.

would much rather take the glass out to tint it than leave it in cause it is that bit easyer.

iv tried undoing the 10mm bolts which hold the metal liner on and pulling the metal liner off but it seems the runner of the window is stuck to the liner.

help please:cry:

There is two parts to the round plug. An inner and outer core. If your nor removing the carrier then screw a self tapper into the middle and pull the centre core out. You can then pull the outer coore out and the window will slide out. If you put both cores back into the the window before you put it back in the widows just clicks back into place.
