Removing seats

I have a seat ibiza 03 plate. Bought it 3rd hand. I am trying to remove the seats in order to really clean plus both the passenger and driver seats folding forward mechanism is broke. Anyone have and idea how to remove then as I have looked and I seem to have found a couple of nuts that look like they need to be removed but cant get at them. Any help would be great.

Four bolts on each seat, two front two rears at the end of the runners they go into the floor. You need an M10 spline (aka triple square) tool and the bolts are thread locked in so can/will be tight.

Also make sure they are all in and started before you tighten them down, don't cross thread them or thats a whole lot of ball ache.

thanks for the quick reply. just a quick question. its the runners that i;m removing rather than just the chairs?
