Removing reg plate light bulbs?

Yes mate,i used a little screw driver to take mine out! you just prise it out slowly,it is quite tight in there so be careful when using the screw driver!

Prefect, thought it might be that but didn't want to break it.
So the one clip has to be depressed then prise out with screw driver?

clip on one side removes the whole bulb holder from the bumper; clip on other side removes the lense from the holder to allow the bulb to be changed
