removing grills

hi there
i have a cupra bumper from a cupra tdi mk1 and was wondering how do you get all the grills out.

The lower ones just clip out IIRC - they're on little plastic barbs, so may need a bit of persuation with a knife/(wood) chisel/screwdriver etc

The top grills (between the headlights) are part of a moulding attached to the back of the bumper. If they don't pull away from the back of the bumper, they'll be the type that were plastic welded to the bumper itself - try a hacksaw blade or that chisel again.
