Removing front panels.

Hi all.
I've made a right pig's ear of installing my centre chrome vents and now need to take the whole damn thing off to get to the vent units, which are now helplessly bobbing around.
I've found some descriptions somewhere on how to do it, but I'm afraid it's nowhere near specific enough! Could anyone please help me???

I had to do this a couple of weeks back, so doing this from memory:

To take the center console out, you need to start by removing the headunit (use stereo keys),
unclip curved dashboard panel underneath your climate/air con controls (sharp pull using indents),
unscrew screws on left and right side of where headunit used to be (torx bits),
same but one at the top in the middle,
unscrew two screws under climate/air con controls (you'll have to feel for them),
slowly unclip panel round the edge, be careful with air con module and ensure you unclip the connectors at the top (remember which order they go in) and either disconnect air con or unscrew the module from panel.
You should be able to access air vents from this point quite easily. Feel free to ask if you need more details!
