Removing bumper strips?

I was wondering if the bumper strips on the early mk1 leon can come off...

the ones on the side of the doors - i had a little peel back attempt and they look like they are stuckk on????

just wondering if anyone has removed them and can confirm they are stick on and leav no marks...

as i said just the ones on the door panels...

they shouldnt leave any marks if you clean the area but there are locating holes that will need to be filled and the doors painted.

yep theres holes in the doors where they locate.
