Very easily - they're all just stickied on.

You will need:

A hot air gun
Some dental floss
Bug and Tar remover
T-cut (possibly)
Elbow grease

Just heat them up carefully, enough to make the adhesive go sticky, then use the dental floss to saw them off. Clean up with bug and tar remover, and use T-cut if the paint has faded.
Apply elbow grease liberally throughout ;)

The only problem that has been found is that doors have been resprayed/relaquered, which means that when you take the rub strips of, you are left with a lovely laquer line - theres no solution besides a respray, so you'll have to put the strips back on (try not the bend them for this reason)

Hope that helps :)

Does this apply to the front and rear badges or just the bump strips?
I need the badges off to paint them :D

had a look today and to get the front badge off you gotta have the front grille off to poke it out from the back - which involves removing headlamps... and to get the back one off it seems to be bolted from the inside so requires the removal of the inner trim

so I wont be bothering with painting anything and have lost all interest in doing anything at all to her - tomorrow I'll go run her through the carwash and be done with it I think

I don't think the headlights need to come out to remove the front grill? I had a badgeless one and it was quite easy to swap them over. There are lots of clips that can break easily though.

I think the facelift might be different but I thought there might have been a screw under the indicator holding the ends of the grill in. Wont take long to sus out.
