Very easily - they're all just stickied on.
You will need:
A hot air gun
Some dental floss
Bug and Tar remover
T-cut (possibly)
Elbow grease
Just heat them up carefully, enough to make the adhesive go sticky, then use the dental floss to saw them off. Clean up with bug and tar remover, and use T-cut if the paint has faded.
Apply elbow grease liberally throughout
The only
problem that has been found is that doors have been resprayed/relaquered, which means that when you take the rub strips of, you are left with a lovely laquer line - theres no solution besides a respray, so you'll have to put the strips back on (try not the bend them for this reason)
Hope that helps
