Removing Air Con Display Unit

I need to replace the air con display unit in my 2003 Leon Cupra but am unsure how to get the old one out. From what i can gather I need to get a piece of dash off to get to the bolts the hold the unit in place but i can't see how this piece is held on - can anyone help? Are there screws holding it on or does it somehow click into place?
