Im at my whits end with this car, 2005 pd150 fr+ if that matters,
I bought the car, remote central locking worked fine till i got home, then it would only unlock and lock manually with the key,
I changed the battery and tried the various reset procedures, no joy
I then tried programming an ebay remote key with vagcom but came up with incorrect key programming code, so i then paid £120 for a new key to be programmed, still didnt work, so ive now changed the ccm module and drivers door lock module, and STILL this damned remote central locking is not working, ive checked all fuses aswell, anything else i can check before going to an auto electrician

I’m sure theres some reprogramming thing you do with the key in the ignition on my ibiza- maybe the same?

I have the same issue. It only looks drivers door with key, no central locking.

have you had it scanned on VCDS? Apparently it will show door lock module faults if there is one.

Mine didnt, so it looks to be a broken cable somewhere.

Not just fault codes on VCDS, you can also look at live data from each door and see if the CCM is seeing each module, andalso if it's detecting when it's locked and unlocked etc.
