Hi,

My new Leon FR TSI DSG is arriving tomorrow as a replacement to my 5 year old Altea Sport. As the car is a new company car I can't mod as much as most of the people on here.
I'd like to increase the power but as I'll be doing this without company consent I need a reliable and 'turn offable' solution. Does this leave me with the Bluefin solution rather than the REVO?

Thanks in advance.

No. Revo + SPS switch gives you near enough the same, just a bit more expensive.

he means with bluefin you can remove the map and go back to the standard Oem spec.

if thats what you are after then you have a choice of bluefin or shark performance, both have a handset, both can read fault codes and both are easy to do.

my reccomendation is shark performance. had bluefin before as said in the other bluefin thread, and now have shark performance.

Indeed but Revo does give you that - it's just the Revo interpretation of standard.

You would need the SPS handset to do that to enable you to switch the settings back to standard, and then you are looking at a fair amount of money. £500+vat for the remap and a further £150-250+vat for the SPS handset iirc

the SPS is a good little feature though, especially if you are modding in stages and have access to VCDS as you can set up the car to optimise the new mods yourself
