Remapping Questions

Well i took the plunge and got my cupra bluefin'ed and all i can say is bloody hell what a difference best £435 pound i ever spent on a car. 3rd gear wow..... about 4k as it comes on boost a massive kick of power and your off.

I have on question though! before i bluefin'ed my cupra used to be fully warmed up to 90oC in about 2 miles or so (seemed normal to me as my old Civic Type R took much the same time) but since the bluefin i noticed it warms up alot quicker yesterday it was up to temperature in about 1 mile.

Is this normal?

Most definatley i've only had it 3 days but loving it........next mod is an arm rest i think

well does a remapped diesel not produce more smoke/emmissions than the standard car?

Possibly, but I didn't think diesels had an emissions check when they get an mot? Although it's been so long since I had to get one I'm not entirely sure. I've never heard of a remap making a car fail it's mot on here before though.
