After reading lots of posts where people have noticed an increase in MPG after a remap,
I wondered if this was due to more torque and the need to rev less and shift earlier giving the same driving experience?
Or are those of you who claim this increased mpg seeing the same results when pushing hard, compared with pushing hard before the remap ?
My car is standard, sadly, but even driving like my mother I only achieve 27 - 28 mpg, and no my mother hasn't got a lead right foot!
