I was there today... 14.0 @ 99mph for me today.. But there was some RAPID motors going down today.. 9.5 @ 160mph anybody... lol
Yeah, could say that.. I'm almost 100% positive my first run was in the 13's, but they messed up on the timing and me and the car I ran against didn't register a time... Wasn't very pi$$ed off.. Got another run and finished with 2 14.0 and a 14.1... All of which were far from perfect runs... Where as my first one was about **** on... Bloody typical..!!!
It aint easy mate... Trust me! But i'm confident it will come soon.. I'm getting there..

dont know wen im next goin, prob beginin of june i think... wen i get time and wen a few of my scn buddies decided to go!
havnt been up the pod as many times as you ben (far from it!), only 3 times!
got a 15.2 with my brand new STANDARD LCR with literally 1000miles on the clock!
its now stage2 and has a very healthy power figer!
so thats why i believe i should be able to get a high 13, especially wen you can get a 14 dead in a stage 1 LCR! (ok i know ur pretty dam good at the pod, but i like to think im quite good myself! )

Only time shall tell mate... Hope ya do though.. But I want to be the first Leon to break the 13's (I think) in this country... (With just re-map anyway)..
You'll need to have little mechanical sympathy though.. That's one of the biggest differences.. I know there was a Revo stage 2 LCR at Pod at GTI Fest that was only getting low to mid 15's.. Where as I was running 14.1's..![[:@]](/forums/styles/seatcupra/oldforumsmileys/furious.gif "Furious [:@]")

ye i was there to. Had a really good time. It was my first time at a show like that and loved it. I had my revo leon fr there but didnt take it on the pod. Wish i did now. I was just wondering what other decent shows are comming up this year?

we got back last night at 1am , was a cracker 2 days ( first time at pod) and steven got respectable times , i think a 14.22 at 99mph , with full interior and all our crap in the back of the car , next visit will involve more power and less weight to crack the 13s and 100mph mark ,im sure steven will be on soon

The god cars were amazing.
Me and my friends are going up to one of the next RWYB to do some testing as we have a:
MK5 Fiesta RS (running around 300 bhp)
MK3 Fiesta running a 2.0l monde lump
XR2 runnin an RS lump fully race preped and stripped
MK1 escort cosworth
saph cossie running 400 bhp
Standard Type R
Golf GTI
And my car
Going to have a little shoot out as if you wnat to just get time setc rather than watch then RYWB's are far bettera s you get loooooads of runs in.
