Somehow that doesn't surprise me, Kerma TDI was selling them cheap, a lot cheaper than you will find this side of the pond and i think they are new.

So you found your problem? Bad injector?

Cant be anything else Micky. I have replaced everything up top and it cant be a little end or other bearing. Its been doing it for 7k now and it sound worse at times than others. I cant say 4 definite if its an injector but it seems that way. Under acceleration sometimes it smokes some and then as hard as i try to get it to smoke it will not! I cant pinpoint yet tho if it smokes less when its quieter

I would have thought new nozzles were available, but I think you need a jig to change them as there is a fragile locating pin which will shear if just unscrewed, keep us all posted on developments cheers Nic

Will let you know although I have found a place in Southampton called diesel test services who will sell a recond unit at £130 plus vat exchange with 1 year warranty. Thought that was a little expensive given brand new is only £205 plus vat
