Recommended Sports CAT

Morning all - I'm looking to purchase a sports CAT for my cupra and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a specific CAT. Also, would it fot my standard Cupra exhaust, as i'd like to change the CAT first, then buy the exhaust system maybe a month later. How much is a decent CAT as well?

im looking into this right now.

im modifying a standard dp and cat. the cat (no pipes) alone is looking to cost 240ish, whislt a ready to fit job isnt much more.

blue flame are a favriot here, but there are quite a few around.

look through the list of people below in the tuning people section. awesome GTI have a system and cat seperatly.

I think my blueflame dp/sports cat cost £280 when I got it, try giving blueflame a ring direct and speak to nigel

blueflame do one and I belive miltek.. but i also belive it's 1 pipe... downpipe & Cat...

I think the std pipes are something like 7" diamiter, but the blueflame and miltek are 8" so you would have to get adjusters in to make it fit. altho I don't think it's a brilliant idea to go small large small pipes..

£280 is a decent price. There is one on Awesome GTi for about £320, I think thats Miltek. I'll give Blueflame a bell. Cheers for your help!

Blueflame is 3" diameter and the Milltek one is supposedly 2.5", although there have been reports on other threads that the Milltek in fact only 2.1" at it's bottleneck. For this reason, I will be going for a Blueflame when I change.

I think they meant the diameter of the actual cat not the pipework
