Recommendations for a quick detailer.

Im just in the process of getting a few bits and bobs to top up my detailing goodies, ive ran out of megs quick detailer that comes with the clay bar. theres plenty of clay left so i just need to get a detailer to act as a lube when i come to clay, Im not looking for somthing thats going to leave it looking outstanding as i will be polishing,Waxing,and sealing on top.

the trade packs of detailer ( megs ) can be had quite cheaply ( last touch )

Gallon of last touch, and dilute it 1:1 with water to give 2 gallons. Use it for clay lube, use it when drying, use it when you need to wipe a bit of dust or fingerprints or something off.

I 'think' thats a different product.

I'm you are just looking to use something as a lube for clay (and not for drying etc), mix a strong solution of warm water and your regular car shampoo in a spray bottle and use that.

Good recommendation thanks. With the volume of QD I go through, that's a worthwhile buy.

What does it smell of? (I loved the smell of the normal Megs QD but I've been using NXT QD for a while, and that has little smell.)

I found the smells of Megs QD in the burgandy bottles is foul.

Megs Last Touch QD however, smells lovely. I kind of sweet cocktail smell, very nice indeed!
