Please can you guys recommend me the following for an ibiza cupra 2001 - Y platye.

Spark plugs, i have searched and see many people use standard NGK's, has anybody got a part number for these or some other recommended ones?? so that i can quote GSF with it?

i have currently got the standard ngk ones in i got them from halfrauds for £16.50 for the set. they will have the part number. I have also used bosch super 4's they were alright, but the ones to have are called spitfires i think but they are quite pricey. hope that helps.

thanks, ive ordered 4 ik22's, what gap should they have?

For the sake of 15 quid i went for those over the standard range of plugs, im running circa 100bhp more thsn standard.
