Hi everyone. I'm looking at taking the rear wiper off my leon cupra and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as to where to get a bung/plug for the window, ideally I would like a glass/acrylic one as these look a little better. I have looked on eBay but perhaps I'm searching for the wrong thing if someone knows where to find them could you post me a link.

Thank you

Haha very true. Iv been Umming and arring about it. Few people have said do it and some have said not to. I have seen a lot of people opt for aero wipers from a golf or fabia, is this an easy mod?

Rear Fabia wiper is a must and in my opinion better than no wiper. Real easy to fit takes less than 10mins.

Gonna sound really stupid but is it just a matter of changing the blades or will I need to change the wiper arm? Am I right in thinking its golf ones I need for the front?

Be a man & dewiper, looks so much better. Yes gets dirty in winter but you have wing mirrors ;) lol

I use a good glass polish too which sheets water off so dirt don't stick as much :)

Rear Fabia wiper is a complete arm with new blade, basically a small nut that holds the wiper in place. Undo it pull of old one then replace with new one then tighten up again simples. For the front I've just used the aero blades for a golf. Passenger side one is a tad too big but I just took off a few cm and fits perfect now.

Hi thanks for that. I can't pm you as I'm a newbie. Out of interest what year fabia would I need? Presuming its similar age to mine. Thanks for all your help guys, first time owning a cupra so new to all the mods but loving it already. Already done some bits to it after owning it around 4 months now :)

Can I ask where you got the glass bung kit from? I'm still considering de-wipering it. Thanks

I'm going to be viewing a LCR with a view to buying this weekend. It's had a rear wiper delete carried out and I'm trying to find the "How To" as I'll be looking to put it back on.

Does anyone have a link please?
