Rear Window Demister/Heater not working?

Hey all, Im hoping someone can help with the problem we have only just noticed because of winter time!
The rear window heater thingy in SWMBO's car doesnt seem to be working, Ive noticed there is a pin thing, which (I assume is part of the window electrics) appears to be loose, but it doesnt seem to want to plug in again
has anyone else had this?

I had the same about 4 months ago but I just pluged it back in. I think it came loose with closeing the boot but worked ever since

thanks, I got it fixed, but had to take out the whole thing to reattach it, thankfully it all just clips out.
