i taken my rear panel off last night to see about fitting rear speakers, it seems you need some kind of bracket, any idea how much this costs?

Also do you lot think i'd be better with a decent set of components in the back or the good old 6x9's, i,m also going to add a sub if that makes any difference to the best speakers req.

Cheers stu

can you instruct me on how to take the rear quarter panels (interior) off. i am wanting to change the speakers in my 3 door.

Is it a right pig to take them off or quite easy. i have had a quick look and seems like a right **** to take them off. any help would be appriciated :D

i thought mine were going to be hard but all you need to do is remove the two plastic screws at the side of the back seat and pull the panel off, i was a bit nervous of breaking something but you just need to start pulling gently but firmly from the bottom corner nearest the boot! once you've had the panel off once it all seems pretty simple! hope that helps

I have had speaekers fitted all round in mine and put 6x9's in the shelf. I had to get adaptors for my 6.5 inch components. They aren't cheap at 25 quid for each pair as you'll need two.so 50 overall. The code for the part is SAK 1305. I think Autoleads make them. A few online retailres sell them. But usually come under the mark 3 model of the ibiza as they needed the same adaption i believe.
