Hi, a couple of days ago I asked the question about how to remove the TFT screen from the rear of my SEAT Altea XL. I’m please to say that by pushing in the tabs at the bottom corners of the screen housing I was able to prize the screen out and remove it completely. I was hoping I could reset the screen once it was out but it appears I cant.
Before buying a replacement screen I thought I would just check there were no loose connections within the RCA input socket at the back of the centre console in the rear of the car. The problem I now have is that I cant seem to find a way to remove the RCA input socket without forcing it, which I fear may break it. Can anybody suggest a way to remove this please without causing any damage to it ?
