Ramdom question comming up.....

Having dropped something in the rear footwell of the XL this morning, I noticed a couple of small black straps on the base of the rear seats - kind of where your ankles would be if you were sitting in the back. Haven't got the manual to hand and I'm curious to know what they're for, any ideas?

I thought they may be related to isofix but am not convinced, alternatively, they're designed as fixing points for keeping misbehaving kids legs from kicking you in the back ;)

Nah, can't be.... the boot's more than big enough for a set of clubs and the XL isn't a car for the mid-life crisis:D

Prefer the Will Melor parody, myself.....

Did wonder about connecting some bungy cord between the two kids legs - same principles as the idiot string used to stop kids loosing their gloves - that way at least they'd only be able to kick one seat at a time.;)

Go to your local sealer and see if they have any

I will try,but my Seat dealer is working out of a Vauxhall dealer whilst the workshops being built! So i don't hold much hope
I'll manage with my free lambert and butler one, just thought a seat or Seatcupra.net one would have been a nice touch!
