rear door wont open

The rear pasenger side door wont open on my Leon Cupra . All other doors are fine , i`ve changed the relevant fuses & the battery in the key but still no joy . If you use the interior handle the button comes up but the door still wont open . I have got the childlock on . Anyone got any ideas please

yer you need to take off the blacktrim on the ouside of the glass get a very long(very) screwdriver which is thin to slide loosely between the glass and door look in with a torch and move the outer handle, the bit you can see moving is the outer mechanism now place the screwdriver end between the part you can see that is movable and the goldy coloured metal part to the left(for lh rear door or right for rh rear) now genlty with a hammer give it on hard blow on the plastic area this will free off the lock.
