Rear door, window winder

Hi,
I wonder of anyone can help guide me through removing the rear door window winder from my 2011 Ibiza Copa.
I want to add rear door speakers and I've worked out how to remove the rear door panel but I can't progress until I work out how to remove the window winding handle. I can't see it being difficult but I suspect there a knack to it.
