Rear courtesy dome light retrofit

Hi all, hope you're well?

I was wondering if anyone had any sort of guides, information or knowledge on how to retrofit a rear courtesy dome light? I am swapping out my interior from grey to black and I thought this would be the perfect time to do it as I know the headliner will need a hole cut into it for the light!

The front courtesy light I have in my car has the following connector:





I have also bought the following rear courtesy dome light;




Would it be possible to retro fit this?

I don't know, but I'm interested also, as it's useless and dark in the back.

The problem will be to fix it to the head lining I have a polo and in that area the headline its cut to fit the light its not flat like the Ibiza.
