Is it possible to get dents out of the rear bumpers?

I have an LC 1.8 20V in Yellow and stupidly reversed into something in my drive this morning which has dented the rear left bumper but fortunately only the upper plastic yellow section and not any of the lights or black trim.

Can the plastic be pushed out easily enough?

If so can anyone recommend somewhere (or how) do do this. I live in Milton Keynes.

Cheers

If you pop it out it'll look broken still, but not dented! the crease lines will probably be obvious.

i had a Civic, and when i bought it there was dent and scratch right on the corner of the plastic rear bumper. The bodyshop at the Honda garage in Bury St. Edmunds completely repaired it. No idea how, but they didn't have to replace the bumper.

How much are replacement bumpers if i can't get it repaired?

what year is your car?

an MY03 bumper from SEAT is about £350 (without painting or fitting).

so pre facelift & the same as all 'other' leons?

Should be able to pick one up off ebay for very little. There's a yellow one on there breaking now I think - £30 should see you right, then you just need to whip it on & off (v easily done following the guide on the main site)
