Rear Break Conversion

Hi there,

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me out with what would go into converting the rear breaks on the Mk2 Ibiza 1.9 CL from the standard drums to disc's?

Any help on what would be needed and maybe a rough idea of prices would be great thanks
