rear brakes query

ive got to replace the rear discs and pads and my cupra, im just wonderind if if its worth matching the pads with the fronts, there greenstuff pads, incase of one set warming up quicker the the others. or will standards ones do.

Usually the rears dont do much of the braking, its mainly all done up front.
I would say just stick with standards for the rears, however i've not had my Ibiza all that long, so some of the longer owners might be able to advise better.

I'm in the same boat, need a new set of pads for the rear.

Hi mate, if its any use the rears are the fronts off a VW lupo 1.4 :)

I replaced mine with different to the fronts, but down to personal choice really.

you sure can!

Not sure if the rear pads are listed under the ibiza or the lupo though, discs are certainly lupo ones, makes you wander how the lupo stops with those size discs as fronts!
