I'm with Axa, (through A-Plan), looks like it will be going to Woodlands or Auto Crash.

Dont forget as its her fault you could go to Helphire or similar, get a decent hire car and they'll do the repair without contacting your insurance (if she owns up)

Yep, will be going through Helphire, last time I was hit in the rear they gave me a Porsche to drive about in until mine was fixed, wonder what I will get this time?

Picked it up on the 1st of March, but thanks to Helphire (Swift rent-a-car) I've now got another ST to get around in after I complained that the Passat they originally put me in gave me backache.

Having spoken to the bodyshop today though I should get my car back at the end of the week and with a new shiny bit on the back. :D

A little off topic but does any body know of a good body shop in the Maidstone area..

Sorry sight mate wouldn't like to imagine what i would of been like if that was mine, the poor girl is all tucked away for the winter and isn't even allowed near carparks let alone the M25 in rush hour.

Luckily the only injuries were the two cars. The police had to stop all three lanes of the M25 for quite some time while they dragged her car out of the gravel in the central reservation and over to the hard shoulder, and then cleared up the rest of the mess, so it must have caused quite a tailback, (sorry if any one on here got caught in it).

No way - I passed this on the otherside of the carriageway on Saturday...was around J23 wasnt it....I got stuck in the tail back on my return journey - I saw an LCR on the hard shoulder but looked ok from where I was...of course this was the other corner....what a pain.
