Re- sealing headlights

[Triple D]

Does anyone know if this can be done as im gettin pi$$ed off with them getting condensation and water in them. So what i want to know is, how, if possible do you dismantel the headlight and what to use to reseal it. I know that you can get kits from stealers if you kick up enough fuss but i want it to stop perminately.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
