Rattle from front right (Drivers side) suspension, wheel / axel?

Hi all, I got one of the first cars back in March 2021, so a little over 2 years old now.

Over the past few months this rattling has got worse, I've taken it in to the dealer and they couldn't find anything amiss, from a safety perspective but the rattle is still there. It's almost like some metal hitting against others when going slowly (sub 15mph).

Has anyone else had this? Thanks

More I'm thinking it might be the adaptive suspension. Seems to be worse in comfort than when it's firm so could be a shock absorber?

Don't think it is the shock they have replaced mine twice and its still present. Mine is much worse when in the harder settings but is still present when in comfort
