Radiator Fan

Can anybody help ! I reckon my radiator fan isnt working cos after a while of leaving the car stationary (engine Running) the tempeture begins to creep over 90 degrees, and im pretty sure these engines always sit at 90. Can anyone tell me where the fuses are etc or what to check for.

search for battery fuses (i think) and water pump , all will be revealed

Thanks will have a look. And whats the widest rims u can fit on the cupra (front & Rear) without them sticking out of the arches
