r32 throttle body!!

hi all i need to get an r32 throttle body from a mk4 golf, but am wondering is the mk5 throttle body the same size and be adequate for an uprated inlet manifold??

also anyone seen one??

Think the door LED's are the exact same!
Bit strange tho, the Leon interior is all red, the veedubs are blue so makes sense for them!

As for the TB don't know the diff between the mk4 and 5 sorry!

Have you asked on the MKIV forum mate? Although to be honest I would have thougt they'd be pretty much the same. Alternatively you can get one from a 3.2 Q Audi A3.

What do you need it for anyway? Does it fit the Leon?

just seen it thanx to you but is it the same as the v6 as i see its off of a 24v?

Not sure mate, I asked that question but got no reply. I would assume theyre the same, or very similar, but maybe the R32 is slightly larger?????

It may be worth a request for part numbers if someone has ETKA.

Are yo really goin for that much power? I bet your intercooler pipes will be more of a restriction than your TB.

Unless your pipework is bigger than 2,5" i wouldnt bother.
