Is it the mk 4 r32 21mm front role bar that everyone puts on the front of the lcr?

The R32 one is a relatively straight forward swap on the LCR, you just need to change the bushes and brackets at the same time. There are quite a few different options available to you though, it just depends on what kind of budget you have and how much you want to reduce the role by. I'd recommend looking for a rear bar too, they really improve the performance on the LCRs.

There are two bars.
I have the 23mm one and would STRONGLY recommend this size.
Others fit stiffer ones 25 or 28mm, I haven't experienced these so cannot comment on them.
As Andy said, a 23mm R32 one with a 28mm rear Neuspeed one is a very nice set up

The MK4 R32 23mm front ARB with bolts, bushes and clamps was £100 from VW. A good £50 cheaper than the after market ones and built for the same sub frame so has the beads welded onto the bar to show you where the bushes go and to ensue it is correctly aligned

1jo411314t is the mounting bush for 21mm

Nice one Paul, to add to the above, there isn't a 23mm bush and the 21mm one does fit, 100%

I was going to say isnt this about the time of year they do a neuspeed ARB group buy?
Its where i got mine anyway :D

I'd defo be up for a group buy on a rear neuspeed arb. Needs to be asap tho as it needs tobe on the car in 3 wks tops.
