Quick VAG-COM question...

I know this may have been covered more times than my sheets but just a quick question:

I want to use VAG-COM for my 2001 Ibiza Cupra on an XP Laptop so can I just use this cable:

and download VAG-COM rel. 704.1 from http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/download/current.html?

If so, do I need to acquire a license or is this fully shareware?

yeah thats the right cable however 704.1 wont work it'll need to be 409.1 or 311.2 and you can either have it as shareware with limited functionality or buy a license for everything
