Quick Shifter

I was looking under the bonnet and acidently moved what i belive to be the quick shifter on the LCR i only know what it is as i just seen one on the forge website that looked the same, can i adjust the standard shifter to shorten my gear changes and if i move it round what dose it actually do to the car, is it even a quick shifter?

the object in question is located to the right side of the engine block near the bottom and is very accessable, it moves towards the cockpit and back towarss the front of the car on a sort of pivot point?

any ideas?

You can't alter the standard one, but you can alter a modified one or a bought one

You can make one with a bolt/nuts and washers, easy.
