Quick Question

I know this had been covered sooooo many times before, i've spent the last hour searching and reading threads so please don't flame me. I understand that you can do the 'student' way of connecting your ipod to the standard ALANA headunit by buying a cheap cable which slots into the 'CD Changer' block on the back of the headunit. This then has a 3.5mm jack on the other end to plug into the ipod/mp3.

Now i was just wondering if people could tell me which cable i would need, i have seen two and i am quite confused which one to get. As i said, it's the student way so will have to do for now, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Clicky.. Have seen this thread which says about how to install it, if there was anyone who has done this who could give me so info it would be great :)

Cables i've been looking at:
Number One
Number Two

Any help appreciated, Ice Noob needs some help :help:
Thanks in advance
Chris :)
