Hi I have fitted a pcv valve to to my 2.0 tfsi mk2 seat leon 2008 197 bhp bwa engine code,
When I ordered the part, I used my reg it said it fits if engine is the same code which it is, it's the same part number and the only difference is, is that the new one comes with a white piece in the middle of the hole is that suppose to be there cause my old original one is just hollow in all the holes and don't have that piece have they changed the design? I will attach picture of new part so you know what white bit I mean, the old pcv is the last photo. the car runs with no fault codes but seems like it's consuming more fuel than normal, all I want to know is does it need that bit that's covering the hole and will it be the right part, thanks ?
